I am in the 3rd year of my course and absolutely hate it. I have done since day one but have been pushed and persuaded to do it just to please my parents. I go into lectures and really do not have a notion what the lecturer is saying. Im in the third year and know zero about my course and have not attained any skills needed to work in the industry. I am living of a student grant which really just allows me to pay rent with little to no money left for anything else. Plus, im studying in the property/construction industry which is basically still stagnant.

On what? If your asking do I think you should stay or leave I say stay and get your degree as you presumably only have this year and maybe one more after that. Once you have a degree you can then get into any course to do a masters at which stage you van choose a course you will enjoy.
