    Is it possble to order a new card if you find yours to be in bad conditon from wear and tear or is there a cost?

    Hi Sadderday,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    It is indeed possible to order a new Visa Debit Card if you find your old card to be insufficient for use. To do so, please contact your account holding branch or alternatively if you are a registered user of Bank of Ireland 365 you can contact them on 0818 365 365 where a representative will cancel your existing card and order you a replacement card.

    Please note there is an €8.00 charge applied to your account for replacement cards.
