    What should I look for in minerals for weanling replacement heifers?
    Any recommendations?

    For any weanlings general purpose Beef minerals. 25gr/100kgs. I would also give Limestone flour in the form of cubicle lime it is relative cheap again at 20gr/100kgs allow for any calcium in minerals. For 300kgs hefifer getting 2khs of ration with2.5% minerals this is 25gr/head/day of minerals and about 40 grams of lime

    are you sure that cubicle lime or dehydrated lime sixties same as lime flour?

    Hydrated/Rhino lime is burnt lime this is not the product I am talking about, very few farmers now use this as cubicle lime as it burns the cows teats.

    Cubicle lime in the form of limestone flour is a fine form of limestone most of it is what is called food grade.

    Co-op often do there own version but below is a brand that is often seen
