I have a question, I need my passport copy and few other documents to be certified. Which is the best and easiest option?

    Garda, or commissioner of oaths?

Do they charge money for each page?

Other than that ask the passport office what they accept as certification

Strangely the passport office will not provide a certified copy of a passport,
you need to visit a commissioner for oaths,

google "commissioner for oaths" and "your town name" and you will find a few

Gardai should not certify documents as being true copies
