    How short is it?

It's a nice dress, lovely for the time of year, but it looks REALLY short! Unless it's 3 inches longer on you, I'd consider it a bit short for a wedding.

    Thanks folks!

I know, in that pic it looks VERY short but in reality its fine. So, I'm not concerned about the length. I was more concerned about it being too 'blingy' for a wedding. I found another pic which is much more like what its like in reality:

Oh I like it based on the second pic! I say go for it if you feel confident it's not too short. Black heels definitely, the dress needs very little in terms of accessories.

Don't do bare legs. No one likes looking at goose-pimply flesh in winter, especially at a wedding. Nude/sheer tights at a minimum. As long as the dress isn't too short on, I don't see why it wouldn't work

If you're happy with the length then go for it. I don't think it's too blingy at all. I was at a New Year wedding before and there was a lot more spangly dresses than usual. People use it as an excuse to get an extra wear out of their party dress!

I'd agree with Dudara though, I'd personally go for opaque tights but wouldn't go bare legged in January.

It's a lovely dress OP, it'll look great.

Thanks all. Ya, for the night that's in it, I'd say it will be fine. Yes, opaques might be a better choice...

    Thanks again, much appreciated!
