Playstation Plus PS4 Voucher Reedeming?

I bought a Playstation Plus voucher in game and got the code to redeem it. Everytime I go into the redeem on my PS4 when I press continue after entering the code it just goes back to the main menu? Any ideas?

Try signing on on your PC I redeemed the code last night through the playstation store via PC and it worked when I went back into my ps4 store the option was there to update ghosts for 9.99
