    Hi guys,
Have 3k to spend and can't decide on which of the following cars to look for:
Toyota corolla, Honda civic, Mazda 3, Mitsubishi lancer.

Looking for a nice reliable car, mainly city driving but do galway to cork twice a month. A half decent boot would be nice. Any input is appreciated.

Did you test drive any of them? Until you test drive them all and like one more than the others then nobody here really can decide for you. All of them will pretty much be as reliable as one another.

Owned a 98 civic before and liked it. Have a 1.8 focus now that caused me nothing but heartache. Think I'd like a Mazda 3 hatchback or a corolla. Haven't test driven any yet. Just trying to narrow the search down really ATM.

Reliability is main thing along with cheap parts if need to fix
