Cheers. I tried the PM ID in the surname box but it dropped it when I completed the order. I'll email Tesco and PM.

Tried the PMOneTwoThree... for the surname box, however depending on your PM number, ie PM 123456... the length of the letters are too long for the box. any idea? Thanks

Have you checked the delivery details of the order? If it hasn't got your PM number on it, you might be better off getting in touch with Parcel Motel and they can keep an eye out for it. I've read on the main PM thread of a few people doing this.

Set up without the PM details, but when you get to the check out you can edit your name and add the PM ID number.

When did you order, and when was it cancelled? I expected my order to be cancelled with the address mess, but nothing yet...

Mine showing partially confirmed. Amazon maybe a better option as you wouldn't need to use Parcel hotel.

Sorry to hijack but I am trying to order a laptop via tesco direct and have a problem with the billing address for the credit card details - do you need a UK credit card to pay? I used the parcel motel address to register which was fine but I expect I'll have an issue if the billing address is also parcel motel.....

I reg'd using PM address. I had to as the process requires a postcode. I also entered my clubcard number which may have prevented the account being flagged for possible fraud. I used AIB debit card.

Have to say - Amazon customer service are superb ... I had ordered a Samsung Tab 3 on 22nd Nov - they dispatched it on 25th ... then on 29th of Nov they ran the £20 off promotion.

I mailed their Customer Service saying technically I hadn't received my order yet - could I qualify for the £20 off ... the replied within a few hours and refunded £20 to my card.

Even if they ship it. I think they will refund price differences within 30 days from purchase. I brought a power washer and it dropped £30, so they refunded me the £30
