Anyone know if any shops nationwide sell these? I got one as a present a while ago and need new ones.

I know you can get them online but interested to know if any shops/chemists stock them.

    Thanks

I got this and loved it at first but after a wash or two I found it pretty useless :(
Gonna get the beauty blender and hopefully that will wash better.
They sell the beauty blender in makeup forever in dublin.

Got one in a set from BCC and while initially I over looked it, I fell in love on the first use :D Washes easy, dries quickly and I've no issues with the quality.

Surprised to hear that about Real Techniques - have read a few good reviews of it.

Yeah I read great reviews too and I love rt brushes so I was disappointed. I loved it the first couple of times so maybe its just me being weird, i just thought it never really worked the same after I washed it a few times.

I got some very similar sponges on ebay - they are super cheap and work really well. I did wash them a few times before using them, washed them loads in general and they lasted for quite a while. Personally, I prefer the gourd shape ones but there are lots of teardrop too. Amazon also have lots.

I've seen these in Boots. I've never used them though and wondered what they were all about. What makes them better than regular foundation sponges?

I actually just bought a Beauty Blender recently to see what all the hype is about. I always thought it was an overpriced sponge - what makes it so much better than my brushes?! My thought are: it's kinda pricey and I think you're meant to replace it every 3 months? I guess that is for daily use, but I just alternate with whatever is in front of me, so I'll just ignore that suggestion... You're meant to wet it and squeeze out the excess before use. I actually find it does give a nice skin-like finish to my foundation that I can't always get with a brush. I don't know if it is supposed to use less or more foundation than you would otherwise, but I use the same amount. Also, I've been using it to blend out my concealer which make it look really nice, not as cakey as before. I have read that the knock off blenders just don't give the same effect, but I've never used one to compare. Would I buy again? I don't know, maybe if I have the money... but my brushes are just fine, too.

20 euros for a sponge? And replace it every three months?!? Me thinks they want regular custom :) but i could be wrong maybe they are just looking out for our interests :)

But lately i find myself getting into foundation brushes and sponges i have a sponge and brushes at the moment i find the urban decay optical blurring foundation brush is just what i need so i dont think i will be running out losing my head to get one just yet,but i might do if they have any offers in the new year :)

I never use my fingers anymore for putting on foundation, its much more hygenic to use the foundation brush/sponges etc.

I used to picasso(finger painting)it all the time and i wondered why my make up didnt look as good since i used the foundation brush from urban decay there has been such a transformation as to how my make up sits on my face it just goes on beautifully..
