Triton rally

Hi, I've had a triton rally installed 8 months ago.it worked great. But recently it made a sound... And cold water came. Pressure seems the same.but now I've to turn the knob all the way to the right,(hot) , to get hot water.. But it's coming out very weak.bit better than a trickle. Any ideas would be really really helpful…
