Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I quit a 30 a day addiction about 8 weeks ago. After 3 weeks it was very easy and I would rarely think about smoking. After around 5 weeks I had forgotten that I had ever even smoked. But this week, I have been having mild cravings again and I can't stop laughing. Even simple things have me in hysterics. My stomach muscles…

I quit a 30 a day addiction about 8 weeks ago.
After 3 weeks it was very easy and I would rarely think about smoking.
After around 5 weeks I had forgotten that I had ever even smoked.
But this week, I have been having mild cravings again and I can't stop laughing.
Even simple things have me in hysterics. My stomach muscles are sore from laughing, all my work mates think I'm gone mad. I am doubled over laughing atleast 3 times a day.

I think my dad who quit smoking about 12 weeks ago has the same problem.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Lucky you, I was like a bear with a sore head for at least 3-4 months after I quit, I'm sure my other half was tempted on many an occasion to buy me a pack. Good on you, 8 weeks is great, keep up the good work. I'm still getting occasional craving after 11 months but getting easier all the time.
