Edit: Contacted Amazon there because their own price has reduced to £40, and they're refunding the difference between what I paid and current price! Unbelieveable customer service!

I did the same today, ask as item is now lower price could I get it at that price, if they say no just cancel and reorder again, but now price gone up to £44.99 also in case you didn't know with Amazon, you get Giant Character Edition - Swarm for free.

Yeah, didn't really argue. Just said I ordered it for X and its now cheaper. Do I have to return it for a refund and reorder at the new price, or can you just refund the difference? He said he could refund it, and did.

Still waiting on mine too.. no change on Hermes tracking since last Sat and they won't take queries; send you back to toysrus..

Have mailed them on their online form. Son's birthday was yesterday.. he has been sat staring out window since yesterday morning waiting for delivery van.

Poor fella.. all the while courier arrived today with his sisters lego for Christmas:eek:

I went into track your parcel yesterday and it said nothing. 3 days ago it said in progress. Im willing to give it another week though. Hope to god it comes.

Mine got shipped to Parcel Force as i hadn't seen the free Irish shipping, and it shipped on the 29 nov, and was sent by Royal mail parcel delivery. It same in a brown jiffy bag, and i had it a day or 2 later..

I got an email saying it had dispatched..

Yeah me neither.When I clicked to track my original parcel on the Hermes site they had no record of it,my 8 days will be up wednesday. The replacement order they put through for me on thursday still hasn't shipped either!

Not impressed by my first shop with Toys R us thats for sure.

Mine arrived this morning with Nightline.. was close call too. Myself and wife took dog out for a walk and I had missed phone call from the courier whilst out, and just as we walked into garden he pulled up.

Very happy 6 year old coming home from school! Have put in the disk to get updates down for him and a nice large PS3 update waiting too.. Aargh!

Wife actually nabbed a FedEx driver whilst we were out walking in case he was heading in towards our house:D.. I sh!t you not!

My Hermes tracking never changed from day one so all those seeing no activity on it, fear not. I ordered Friday 6th.

Yeah same as you all, I got mine today despite the Hermes website saying it had no record of my shipment.

Funny thing is having complained to Toys R us last week, the replacement they ordered for me shipped today too!
