I'm doing a VTOS course and the centre wants me to pay them €2.50 weekly out of my pocket that they say is going towards tea/coffee/milk, oil for heating, electricity and printing. Is this the same all over in other centres? They wont take it directly out of our weekly payment from the department of education so I was…
