i am notvery well up on photography but something made me curious. i was sent a jpeg with the following info taken on a bright March day at 3.30 PM

    f/10
    1/200 sec
    32mm
    iso 100
    auto white balance
    72 dpi in picasa 3

Is that reasonable for the condition?

It is not very in focus and when increased it goes blurry and you see pixels. Is that the dpi?

Yes the exposure is about what I'd expect in bright conditions. Second bit, impossible to tell. Could be a low resolution picture, or heavily compressed. Whether or not it's in focus is pretty orthogonal to the entire affair.
