    For the lads that say that jex are runts. Brought 5 to the factory monday night. 4 straight from parlour and one that as dry since sept. Averaged 600 each:D

    Last year hol freisan dried last week of nov 9 culls second to seventh lactation .ob straw as lib and 5kg silage and 4 kg rolled barley for 4 weeks .average price 1080 euro.one straight from parlour this August ,chronic cell count problem weighed 620 made 880

    ye would have to be better wouldnt ye :P pretty happy with mine though. Ive 3 ho's to go in spring, im milking them on so well see what they make

    Sounded like good money for ur jex though jersey.if u were to bring them to the mart in Nenagh at the moment they would of done well to make there weight.even good br freisans were only 100 to 150 max with weight and anything straight from parlour was a struggle.
