Hoping to buy a bull there myself. Go to it most years. Usually the cream of the crop that's shown there.

If that works its called line breeding, and if it doesn't its called inbreeding

Ya tis called line r more commonly Linear breeding. Some lads practice it almost exclusively.
Saw a very good bull linear bred off jumper up the country last month.
It works alright. I wouldn't be a fan of it myself.

Loader on the tractor? I don't think so!

We have one of these for the last 10 years in the other side of operations and have use of it on the farm whenever it's needed. Would never put a loader on a tractor!

Some great bulls on show and just prices were achieved.

Didn't spend too much time with the heifers - thought there weren't too many quality ones. Good prices for a good heifer but ordinary prices for ordinary heifers.

Was hoping to go and purchase a real top quality heifer myself. But couldn't attend in the end. From looking at the society website there seem to be some great stuff up there. Very good heifers price wise???
