    Hi

Anyone know where I could pick up Quorn chicken roast ASAP? Tesco used to sell them but they don't seem to be in the shops any more ;(

I've found the current quorn roast recipe a bit bland and so have taken to letting it defrost, peeling the plastic off and either chopping up or tearing up the roast and let it marinate overnight before roasting. Tearing gives a nice bit of variety in texture. You might want to cover the roasting tin in tin foil too.
Those "bake in the bag" herb/spice yokes (designed for chicken) work very well too. also good with quorn fillets.
