    Comfort Control Module?

    HI R.O.R

What is that or is it expensive to replace.

I'm not very technical, but I know a lot of VW's have a Comfort Control Module that controls electrics like the Elec windows and central locking.

    Google has a few results - https://www.google.ie/#q=comfort+control+module+caddy

Seems to be under the glove box in the Caddy, and that's as much use as I can be to you.

Fuses can sometimes look ok but be blown, try swapping another of the same rating over and see if that helps.

Do you use a satnav/phone charger?

Without taking over this thread, I want to use mine mainly to charge my phone but I think I broke it. A little bit (like a ring or something) may have fallen out. I found it in my car around the time the cigarette lighter stopped working.

Is it an easy and inexpensive fix?

You can buy universal cig lighter sockets handy enough. Or just get a replacement from a scrapyard.
I wouldn't be happy putting it back together tbh.
