Hi all.. I have an unlocked s4 which was originally on American at&t network.. I am now using it on the 3 network here in Ireland.. my problem is that I can't send multimedia mms messages also I can't update to the latest software as it tries to connect to an AT&T server... any suggestions? Cheers

Are you able to connect to the internet using 3G?

To send MMS messages, you need to have the correct APN settings for 3
Name: 3 Ireland
APN: 3ireland.ie
Proxy: not set
Port: not set
Username: not set
Password: not set
Server: http://mobile.3ireland.ie/bb/HutchKey/
MMSC: http://mms.um.3ireland.ie/mmsc/

MMS Protocol: WAP 2.0
MCC: 272
MNC: 05
APN Type: not set


For a US version of the phone I don't think you can flash a generic ROM on it unless its a I9500 or I9505 model

Yeah I can connect to internet ok.. tried those settings but when I send a mms it's says.. mms not supported by network and server response error. ?

Tried that and downloaded the file but I dont know how to install the update ?? Apppreciate the help guys cheers
