Eircom website not accepting efibre account number

    How much longer will it be before the website accepts the new efibre account numbers in order to register pls?

    Hi Star10

    At present there is no approximate timeframe as to when efibre customers will be able to gain access to the 'my eircom' service.

    Operations have advised me that they hope to have this available within the next couple of months.
