Hi all and thanks in advance.

Is it possible to copy all my Outlook mails, Calendar etc to an external harddrive so that I can access them in future?

    Regards,

If you're wondering how you will migrate to a new PC/laptop, there is a migration utility ('Windows Easy Transfer') that comes with Windows and which will copy all of the mail folders and calendar entries for you. All you need to do is connect both machines to a router with network cables and MS will do it all for you.

Outlook allows you to export all your information to a .pst file which you can save on a USB stick or whatever, and then import it again from your new install of Outlook.
