hey guys, sorry if I go over long on this, so bear with me.

I am a 31 year old bi guy (prefer guys to girls yes - but no trolling on that ;) ), living in Carlow. I am currently studying at the IT in Carlow, doing an add on course. Having been involved in the LGBT soc here, and gone to pink training - I noticed I was among the older crowd in attendance (albeit at the younger end of that group of course!) and I realised there is nothing for LGBT people above, say 25, in Carlow...

I know there are groups in Dublin/Waterford/Cork, but I am finding it hard settling in at times - never mind relationships (lets face it - the website end isnt romance focused lol). I was just wondering what ideas people might have to suggest with regard getting me out and socialising a little bit more :D

    Thanks guys

Do you mean by getting out and socialising more - "getting out and socialising more with lgbt people"

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Well both I suppose, there is the Carlow IT group I am in already, but being a LITTLE older lol, I want a slightly broader spectrum of socialising lol
