They pulled the 4.3 update so you should be fine as the phone could not have downloaded it since it was still in the box and not connected to the network.

Thanks i was just worried that if i did the update i would have problems with the phone . Will they relase the update again

The update was just for Vodafone and yes, they will be releasing again when bugs are quashed.
