I've been unemployed for quite a while now,and my car has been untaxed for a lengthy period.
I have recently started to work again but it's going to be a couple of months before I can even think about taxing my car.
Can anyone inform me if I need to backtax my car before selling it?
I've been driving all over the place looking for work,as I have a family to support.
As I'm working now,I want to sell my car to get a smaller one but I'm not sure if I'll have to pay arrears.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
