I tried to post this in the existing thread as the offer is back open again until december 31st but the thread is marked as expired and locked. Maybe a mod could unlock and merge thread's? anyway here's the link to rabodirect, basically if you open a new account with them you get €30 free, not bad for doing a few minutes…

Got an email from them today about it. I opened an account with them a few years ago and just didn't use it. So, not sure if I qualify for this deal or not as I am not strictly a 'new' customer.

They have to get your pps by law to pass on info to revenue.

I have a Rabo account and its pretty good. But the log is so figidty

i set mine up the around the start of this year and someone in the other thread said that they just chanced sending off the documents required uncertified and their account was opened and they got the money, so i did the same and worked for me too.
so you could just chance sending them off first, if there is any problems they'll let you know,
