    Hi,

    Anybody out there know if the Website for the Leap Card still exists or if the Website is temporarily unavailable ?
    No luck trying to log onto it all evening... just getting that "Diagnose Internet Connection Problem" message displayed on each attempt.
    No issues logging on to any other Website.

    It is working for me now. It may just have been your connection was temporarily down or an internet connection was temporarily down.

    Can I suggest you clear your cache?

    Mozilla Firefox
    History -> Clear recent history -> Clear now

    Internet Explorer
    Tools -> Internet Options -> Browsing History -> Delete -> Delete
