VU + Box From Satbox.com

The VU + from satbox.com is it reliable?
How many servers does it have, does it fail?
How many channels do you get?
I'm looking for every channel but I don't want a box that's going to go bust when im watching a game. Also if you can recommend a better box without spending a fortune do let me know.
Also are they easy installed and whats the procedure? Is it a matter of just plugging into brouadband and plugging into working satelite?
