Hardwareversand order. Getting worried.

    I'm making a new thread for this in the hopes of greater exposure, maybe someone who has been in this situation will see it.

    I ordered 1000EU worth of parts from them and transferred the money last Wednesday evening.

    I have received no update to my order status online, no response to any of my emails asking them for an update (I sent two), and when I call them I get a woman who speaks only German.

    It's been 6 days now since the money left my account.

    Thoughts?

    What is the order update status on the account? Are all the parts in stock?

    I ordered from them a few weeks back. I have the new computer humming away as we speak :).

    The status says "Online-Order"

    I don't mind if they are slow or are not sending due to parts not being in stock....all I want is confirmation that they actually received my money.

    Bloodbath told me it can take three working days for the money to go through so we'll see what happens tomorrow.

    Check your junk mail as well, a few of their mails (including the payment received one) went straight in there for me on Gmail. My order was on the way for about two days before I even realised.

    Either way no need to panic just yet, either there was a delay in the lodgement arriving at their bank, or a delay matching the lodgement to your order (did you send the intended purpose reference no?), or something is out of stock.

    EDIT: Actually looking at my last order, if they had processed payment there would be a "We received your payment amounting to XXX,XX EUR" entry in the Event table right under "Online-Order", so probably not the junk mail.

    I had no correspondence from them for my order after sending 4 emails. I went and cancelled it as they didn't reply but in the end they send the order 8 days after the money was received. Ring them as I'd no joy with them via email.
