How does the owner sound on the phone?

Unless I'm mistaken, that yoke would cost €1,200 in motor tax. Maybe that explains the good price?

Thanks for replies, haven't spoken to owner yet will call this evening.

Checked the motor tax is 570 based on CO2

    Looks good.

I suppose the engine which is 150 or 180 bhp is hard to shift these days because of concerns over fuel and road tax costs.

I've had same engine in passats. Its awesome. Go for it, fine looking car.

You man has it on autotrader as well.

Low spec and the fact it is petrol so the price seems to reflect this.

Thanks, was worried may have been in price the price too low/scam territory but appears not, will arrange viewing so.

The 1.8Tfsi is good emissions wise.
My 08 170 bhp 1.8T A5 is in that same bracket 570 approx for the year.
Why would anyone assume it would be 1200 to tax.

I'd agree. It's the cheapest possible A4 at the time and I really can't see a redeeming feature about its priced match that.

Make sure you "invest" in a motor check from either cartell or motorcheck.

It's well worth it to check for clocking and outstanding finance on a vehicle. It saved me this year already.
