predictions for mid season finale - no intentional spoilers!

has anyone any predictions for the mid season finale - note there may be some spoiler alerts!
Who do you think out of the main cast if any will get the chop in the next episode? The reason why I ask is that at the end of each season/mid season a main character usually dies. if you look at the original poster for the series there is only 2 characters out of 8 left alive.
not really bothered about the governers group. in the prison group I think it will either be Hershel/Maggie or glen. cant see rick/carl/daryl or michonne getting the chop.

I really don't think Herschel will make it. I would agree with you as regards those four surviving. The remaining Woodbury people are going to be slaughtered. Also go team Governor!

What I hope happens - Big fight awesome action, Gov is killed with the prison destroyed and the group move on which sets up the 2nd part of the season nicely

What I think will happen - Some fight scenes, some filler, maybe 1 death if we're lucky and we`ll be back right where we were when the season resumes

Glen or Herschel to get the chop although given Glen was near death already a few episodes back I'm not sure if it will be him.

the thing about the tank though is interesting, theres nothing stopping the Gov rolling the tank up to the prison, knocking all the gates and ramming a huge hole in the wall and allowing a big horde to swarm the prison.

Governors intention is definitely to take the Prison intact.

Ramming the gates is one thing but knocking down walls isn't as easily remedied when the dust settles.


I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Maggie getting the chop but perhaps Glen as well???


I'd be be very surprised to see Beth get the chop as her character is an easy answer to the question "But who is looking after the baby?"

From the prison group, I'm guessing Hershel, unfortunately. I'd have said Tyreese too except he may have unfinished business with Rick/Carol/Daryl.
