Sky Sports/Movies not on Sky Go

Hi. I moved into a new house recently, and rather than get Sky in my own name I just took over payments of my landlord's account. I have all the packages. But for some reason Sports and Movies are not available on Sky Go. They were on my last account, so I'm just wondering what's wrong? I can get in touch with my landlord if needs be, but if it's something small I'd just rather sort it out myself.

Perhaps not the cause but maybe food for thought; SKY GO is limited to two devices which if memory serves can only be changed once a month. if your landlord has the MY SKY login and password he can also log in and hog one or both devices, since you are not the account holder you have to go through your land lord . If you have everything then you are paying a decent bit of wedge(unless there are deals on the account) so if you are planning on staying at the address for a year I'd definitely set up your own account, there are good offers on currently (cash back @ half price movies for 6 months with sport reductions also), might even save you money in the long run (obviously if not staying there for 12 months you are a bit hamstrung)

Thanks for that, but I know the landlord personally, and it's an informal arrangement. It's a bit complicated, but lets just say that zero paperwork is better for both of us. I changed the Sky Go password so only my devices are registered.

I know its not as easy as it was to even find Sports on Sky Go. There used to be a link to Sports on the Sky Go home page. But I have to use the link below to access it now.

Do you mean it says your not subscribed? maybe you are accessing a different account that the one you think, like parents sky or something?

I'd say you have the skygo details for a basic account and someone else is using your skygo account to get the movies and sports on the cheap
