violating order issued from family court

    If someone violates a safety order and the applicant makes a statement to gardai and the other person is arrested and taken to family court on violating order,is that it? Or is it possible there can be another court hearing as the applicant opted to press charges as well as notifying gardai that the safety order was breached?
