Hi was wondering if anyone can help me with PAYE anytime. I registered for my PIN which was sent to me in the post logged in etc. I am trying to claim back dental expenses but I have no idea how to work the darn thing...
Could anyone talk me through how to do it? I've tried clicking on 'requests' but nothing comes up. Im new to all this online tax stuff!

There are videos and help buttons all over it to show you how to use it. Take your time. It's just like anything else, it just takes a bit of patience. Also do a search here as it's been covered repeatedly here.

I stil have no clue.. I searched all the threads and haven't found a step by step guide.. I watched the video on paye and it didn't mention how to do it . I'm sure i'm just doing it wrong. So frustrated with the whole thing. I have my PIN and everything but haven't even gotten to a where it requests the dentists information and all the stuff they put on the MED2 form they gave me

Ok. Here's quick guide. Log in to your account. There will be tabs across the top with years on them. Select the year the health expenses relate to. Once in that tab anything highlighted in green is something you already claimed either manually or it was issued to you automatically.

Anything in blue are credits and reliefs that you may be entitled to claim. It's here you should find the tab for health expenses. Enter your figures per the instructions in the health expenses field. Follow the instructions to sign and submit the claim.

Thanks! When I click onto the year 2013 there is no health expenses option but when I click 2012 the option is there. As I had the dental work done this year , does that mean I have to wait til 2014 to claim it back then? Is that why the option isn't there?

2013 is the active tax year so you need to wait until January next year to make your claim.
