I will need to do a questionnaire survey for my dissertation. It would be on IT- software workers. I am not targeting any particular organization, just focusing on this group in ireland. Would it be possible to hand them the questionnaire by standing outside and handing over the questionnaire or do I need permission from…

Would it be possible to hand them the questionnaire by standing outside and handing over the questionnaire or do I need permission from number of companies?
