    to get six pack abs in 2 months, how many sit ups should I be doing a day???

    you need to vary it up

    what you need is this

    100 planks...1 minute hold each
    100 side planks 50 a side 1 minute hold eack
    250 crunches ( dont come up too far now)
    72 hanging leg raises
    13 ab wheel roll outs
    1 standing ab wheel rollout

    repeat this 3 times a day...maybe have a protein shake in the morning. but only if you get up before 7am anything after that and you will gain weight.

    Look into 7 minute abs. You'll see a lot about 8 minute abs but don't mind them.

    All the sit ups in the world wont help if you have a layer of fat hiding your muscles. You need to drop your body fat %.

    continuation of fun advice = put down the fork and the playstation controller


    real advice = give up / cutdown hugely on
    sugar . bread, alcohol, ****e food .

    eat more protein instead ( boiled egg whites are good ) and exercise alot more

    you dont need to do situps ,

    situps are for girly men who dont squat or dead lift .

    CHANGE YOUR DIET!!!!!!!!! ARRRRRGH. cut out the crap, as mentioned sugar, bread, booze and take always all a no go. Give that stuff up for 2 months and you will really notice a difference in your total body composition

    Also dont just do sit ups, try L-Sits, hanging leg raises etc there are lots of different core exercises, sit ups are boring.
