The responses you will get are:

1. The moto g. 195e for 16gb model. No sd slot available. Discussed here:

2. Buy a 2nd hand Nexus 4. About 200e.

You'll find it hard to do better than these phones on that budget.

Nexus 5. Latest pure android phone.

Avoid Samsung. They can't be trusted after they basically bricked hundreds of thousands of Galaxy S3's and they seem to have washed their hands of it.

definitely get the samsung galaxy s2 great phone you should get it around 200 second hand
