I have just laid down a deposit on a 18ct gold, 0.90ct diamond ring, with a center stone of .20ct, surrounded by more diamonds at its sides and more again on the shoulders. Clarity: vs1, color: F and the centre stong is a Round cut. it is costing €2500
example of what it looks like below But instead of the the 3 bands try imagine it wit two bands joining either side.

    Hi Paddyclk,
€2,500 seems OK for this ring but a cluster ring is less expensive than an ordinary ring (ordinary being one larger diamond).
Is this an independent certificate - many jewellers call things VS1 or colour and its not the case - if its not independent its not worth the paper its written on.
I would recommend seeing how the jeweller got these details as a 0.20 carat diamond would not be large enough to get certified (they usually only do this for diamonds of 0.30 or lager).
If your happy with the look of this ring and can afford it then go for it and best of luck
