Don't know if I am in the right section, want to put sky box in a glass panel under the TV, will the signal from the TV remote penetrate the glass

It depends on the glass. I bought one from idea which stated that the remote control signal would go through the glass

Will there be enough ventillation for the sky box?

My box is in a "built in" corner unit with glass doors. No problem at all with it.

Mine is fine and has been in there for a few years. I drilled a few holes the the back for cables

    It certainly will.

Here's a game I like to play, sneak up to people's windows and change the channel they're watching on their Skybox using my remote control.
