I'm looking to do this course ,at the moment its number 1 on my list.
I've been in contact with the university about the course and I've gotten some information about the curriculum and all that stuff.
What I'd like to know is what is this course like in that,is it a friendly environment ,an enjoyable course, how do the classes work, how big are the groups ,that kind of stuff.
Also is there much computers? because thats where my main passion is.
All feedback would be appreciated, thank you

I would recommend doing undenominated science and taking maths and applied maths throught that, here's why. In mathematical science you get to do computers but only for semester 1 (sep-dec). The main advantages of doing math science are:
    1) get to do statistics and probability (boring if you ask me)
    2) close peer group
    3) Guaranteed modules (only applies if you intend on doing sh1t in your exams)

    disavantages
    1)Not much computers
2)Lack of choice in final years
    3)statistics and probability

thats pretty much it as I see it (I was a first yr last yr). If you're worried about not doing enough maths in 1st year, note that all the maths and applied maths modulels can be taken through undenominated science (you can even get a degree in maths)
The lectures really want you to do mathematical science though...more money for them.
