    We're seeing lots of these type of threads - could we consider consolidating them all into a single stickied thread?

    We could just ban culchies, that would be easier. From the actual city as well as from the forum. I recently saw one post how he saw a hooded youth near his car and hasnt been within 50 kilometres of the spot since just in case.
