Recording programmes recorded on my UPC Black Boxfrom UPC Black Box

    I'm about to get a new UPC Black Box and as a consequence will lose stored material some of which I want to keep.

    I get the general idea that I can record using a DVD recorder but how exactly is this done ?? My Black Box is Model no 8485DVB if this is relevant...

    Appreciate the help asap as I need to change my black box soon.
