Hi All, my old Sky + HD box had an accident when one of the kids spilt a drink on it causing it to stop working, I got another one here on Adverts this one has built in wi-fi which my old one did not have, how do I get the new box working with my card and will the box having wi-fi cause me any issues, I have the HD pack with sports but I did not call Sky yet so I am hoping someone here with far better info than me can help.

I'm not sure about the wi-fi part, but for your channels ring sky and ask them to pair your card to the box.

They will need info from the box, like number, version etc.

I can only presume that the wi-fi would work like most others, and would need a scan etc to pick up your router/network.

    Hope that helps a bit.

For wifi go to services settings and network then search for your network type in the code and it'll connect

To pair the card ring sky and then ask them to turn on on demand as well on your account b

No extra charge for on demand. It will allow you to download box sets and other programming based on your subscription. Only charges would be from your broadband provider if you exceeded your download limit
