This would do nicely. You will have to use http://geizhals.de/ to get the discounted prices shown below. Just search for each part and select hwvs from the list of sellers and add to cart.

You will have to get the keyboard elsewhere as the German layout is different.

    Item|Price
    8GB-Kit G.Skill PC3-10667U CL9-9-9-24|€62.89
    WD Caviar Blue 1TB 6Gb's|€49.98
    ASRock B85M Pro4, Sockel 1150, mATX|€57.59
    Kingston SSD V300 120GB SATA III|€69.99
    Intel Core i5-4570 Box, LGA1150|€165.39
    HIS R9 270X IceQ Boost Clock 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E DLDVI-I/HDMI/2xMini DP|€159.85
    Cooler Master N200, mATX-mini-Tower, schwarz, ohne Netzteil|€33.07

No bother. If you want better graphics performance you could drop the ssd for now and go for a faster graphics card like the 7950 or 7970.

Think I might try the 7970 seems to be pretty expensive at the moment though.

There's an xfx one on hwvs that can be got for €218 with the discount. It says it's discontinued but in stock though.

Sorry for all the questions.. But do you think a geforce gpu with Cuda would be better in terms of rendering in after effects?

I'm pretty sure the newer versions also support open cl which works with amd cards.

If you're using an older version that only supports cuda then maybe an Nvidia card would be better.

    Hi BloodBath,

I have taught about the build and have done more research on pc's as this is my first time.. And i think i will only be using the Pc for basic after effects projects like intro's and Element 3D. Since im not going to buy the ps4 this year i think i will focus more on gaming with the PC and I am trying to think of a build for gaming at ultra on BF4 but at the same time being able to render relatively quickly so I will put the max budget up to 900 euro... Check out this build i made on hardwareversand
    http://www.hardwareversand.de/pcconfigurator.jsp?pcConfigurator.ssd.ssd.0=85975:4009

They seem to be very low on cases so if you could recommend one on amazon or hardwarever i would appreciate it also if you think the gpu isn't good enough let me know...

    Thanks for you're time.

It's a really good build but you are missing a power supply :) If you have a good bit of money to spend on the case, a Fractal Design Define R4 is probably the best option. A Bitfenix Shinobi is a nice cheap case.

Thanks DanðŸ˜႒.. sorry had a psu picked but I forgot to add it in.

Do you think it would be ok to drop the ssd and buy it sometime next year? Also can you recommend a good cheap psu? And would the gtx be able to play at ultra settings?

The parts will work together. But you are buying an unlocked CPU for a h87 chip set motherboard, either buying a board with a z87 chipset if you want to over clock, or buy a non-k version CPU! I would go for a z87 board. And in response to your previous question a gtx 770 will Max out any game at 1080p no problem, 770 is a good card

I'm not an expert when it comes to cpus but I think that the a6 series are apu's? Meaning that they have an internal GPU as well. If you sent for an fx series you are get just a processor but you get more processing power I believe, do some research into benchmarks etc amd decide which one you think is best, remember to factor in price and your own needs!

You could save a bit of money and get the 8320. Can be overclocked to basically the same as the 8350. Link to motherboard?

The hyper 212 is a pretty decent cooler, especially when you factor in the price. It certainly isn't high end but I don't believe you could get better for the price. I run one in my own rig and it keeps everything really cool.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17 Irishboi101

Thanks mark do u think that motherboard is ok or do you think I should play more for the 99fx?
I heard The Zalman doesn't have the best cable management so I think I'll get The NZXT 410 phantom instead.

Thanks for the help again I really appreciate it!!

I can't really pretend to be an expert on AMD boards and CPUs but there is some good information here
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMD_900_chipset_series
It looks to me like the 990fx boards will provide you with better expansion oppurtunities, it depends on your needs I suppose! I always think it's good to buy the most upgradeable option.
