Britton are a good broker to try. But really you're just going to have to get the phonebook out and ring around. It's your best bet.

There is no best of good insurance company for everyone. Car insurance is not bought off a fixed price menu. It is calculated based on many variables specific to an individual that nobody here knows about. There is no shortcut so you will need to ring around as many as you can.

    That's Britton under another name.

Keep trying the usual compare sites and something will come up, there's chill, nononsense, topquote etc. Plenty more on google.
You can also try ringing them if their website won't quote you. Good luck, it'll take time to find the best (for you) option.

The best insurance company for you is the one who offers you the best price for the best policy. Unfortunately the only way to know who that is is to contact them all!

I wouldnt bother with online systems at all tbh; especially if you happen to fall into a high risk category for whatever reason. I have almost always gotten a better quote by talking to someone over the phone.
