Hi guys I'm looking to buy a nissan qashqai + 2 2010 if I can.
I called in to a few dealers and they were all saying around 20,000
It's a lot of money for nearly a 4 year old car, so I said I'd wait till January
And the dealers says that the car has already had its price cut and the car will be the same price next year because the car is so popular.
Would just love to get anyone's thoughts on this.

    Thanks.

There is a new model Qashqai being launched in January so resale values of the current model will start to drop next year as people of current models trade up to the new model.

Also shop around there are plenty for sale at under €20k:

The +2 won't be replaced with next year's model, so they will hold their value a bit better than the 5-seater. Still, 20k for a pre facelift 2010 model is off the wall. I bought a new petrol SVE in 2012 for 26k...

Seems quite expensive but then there are not many of the plus 2s around. The launch of the new one in Jan will probably encourage a few people to change and bring some to the market. The diesel model is much more sought after. Good car.

The current +2 is being replaced by the new X-Trail.

20K would see you in a 2010 S-Max 2.0 Zetec, a far, far better car than a Qashqai.
