Lost medical card, need replacement

My daughter's purse has been misplaced and is nowhere to be seen, all her bank card, drivers license and medical card were in it but I can find anywhere on the hse website about sourcing a replacement card. Could someone point us in the right direction please.

On the HSE website there is a number to call for any questions relating to medical cards. The number on the site is 1890 252 919 (Lo call number). Give them a call, I'm sure they will sort you out.
