I'm looking for recommendations on where to find a replacement battery charger for my rarely used 400D. Decided to get back into photography and the feckin thing is missing! :(

So, if you could suggest where, either bricks & mortar (Galway or Dublin) or online for a replacement that isn't ridicously expensive I'd be most grateful. Thank you.

Try Hahnel (in Cork) as a supplier - you can get their accessories in Conns, and many of the other camera shops.

400D is getting a bit aged - I have the PowerStation Twin V Pro for mine. Was a bit more than I had expected to pay, but worth it since I use a grip.

Your other choice is a generic one from Amazon/eBay...

I would try and get a genuine Canon one if you can, many of the cheap generic ones do not properly charge the battery. The one you want is a Canon CB-2LWE and you will find plenty on eBay for around €30 or less.
