I have this TV, paid about 930 euro delivered along with a 5 year warranty where they service on site. Excellent TV, isn't as big as you think because its a very thin bezel and doesn't overpower the room. Saorview works fine, DNLA from a server works great and 3D is a nice bonus when your in the mood.

One point, its a very big TV to have sent by normal courier, what if it arrives broken?? ALso be careful because Samsung I know have models that have different tuning specs in different countries even though its the same model number

This is even better value now - down to €699

So jealous…. want this TV so bad but cant justify it as the one we have is not that old. It has some spec for the price :)

I will report back on its awesomeness;)
I hope my sitting room is not too small for it.

    For those who missed out.

Not that bad of a price difference considering the spec of the TV. Still worth €799

How heavy is the TV? I have an old 42" plasma, and can't even imagine having to lug that to somebodys door. Probably the only reason I'm holding out from buying a new TV is the due to the effort it took to get the current TV onto the wall! :pac:

its very light and due to the slim bezel etc, it doesn't feel like a massive TV in the room furniture wise. I have it in a modest sitting room and it doesn't overpower it at all.
    Great TV

    It arrived \o/
    It is gorgeous and huge.
I have not had much time to play with it yet but so far it is very impressive.
I need a bigger sitting room though.

But it was badly packed and the screen is damaged:((((((

Got mine today as well! Delighted with it, can't wait to put the kids to sleep to have some quality time with it.

Arrived in one piece, though it was lying on top of a pile if other stuff in the An post van.

    Happy Christmas Everyone!

That is annoying to say the least , not sure what IBOOD are like for returns, I’m guessing they will have to pay the return postage.

Sorry to hear, im guessing it came just in the original box?

I have bought panasonic tvs online and I actually thought they were very packaged in the box so surprised this has happened.

They will be pay for the return of the item anyway, not sure what they do now, but it probably will be picked up by UPS or similar

They put an adapter in the box as the tv is 2 pin and they put it in front of the screen so there is a black circle on the screen.
It was sealed with ibood tape.

Mine was at the bottom of the box, I thought at first they took the TV out and dropped it inside but yours must have been just thrown in or it made its way back up in transport. That should be fairly easy to sort out with them, it's their fault.
