The infamous Double Rainbow, and what's wrong with it!!

I refer you all to the infamous "Double Rainbow" clip on You tube. I have a simple question which I would like discussed, based on my (rather drunken) observation just now.

So, we all know Yosemitebear's YouTube vid of the double rainbow. However, on the rare occasion that he pans to the left of the scene, we can see that the sun appears to be in the shot. This would not seem conducive to the formation of a rainbow in one's field of vision, seeing as that a rainbow is formed forward of the viewer when the light source is to the rear of the viewer.

So, does this clip display some atmospheric phenomenon of which we are not aware, or is it a very elaborate fake??? (for reference, go to app roc 56sec in the clip)

Whats so infamous about it? I've seen countless double rainbows here in Ireland.

Infact, I'm pretty sure EVERY rainbow has a double rainbow, its just very faint and hard to see, depending on the weather conditions or something.

Also, the colours on the second rainbow are always inverted.

The direction and or type of rain would probably be a factor.
A light mist would be more reflective from various angles I'd imagine.
