Wish there was scratch & sniff on the internet. Will have to go to an actual shop to figure out which ones to buy!

Some of the tart burners (always a bit disturbed by the name but still) are half price too, nice Christmassy ones for a tenner.

sugared apple is probably the nicest one of the bunch for me, or cranberry ice / snow in love!

I've never been able to find a nice scented Yankee candle in the homestore sales, they always have hundreds of only one or two types of scents. To me it looks like they buy up all excess stock that's not selling from Yankee

i have a big jar from last christmas. my favourite is red apple wreath. kind of a cinnamon-christmassy smell. but be warned, the smell gets very strong! i can only hack it for about 20 minutes, before i have to blow it out.
another interesting one i smelled down there yesterday (but not sure if it'd smell nice while burning) was apple & pine needle lol!
home store & more are cheaper than the sale that is on the yankee.ie site!

I got Cinnamon Stick - love it! They had half price on all sizes so I got two medium rather than one large, also got some cinnamon stick tealights. They have Christmas sets of six small candles in a presentation box down from €29.99 to €14.99 too, good present for the inlaws.

The Christmas Eve candle is by far the nicest. I have to get one every year!

Was in a shop that was selling the Christmas candles last week, smelt the one called 'Christmas Memories'

My wife said i shouted it to loud to her but the shopkeeper didn't appreciate my remark of "Yeah, if ya grew up in a fcukin sock"

(and i love yankee candles before the bitching starts!!)

Is it €13.25 for a pack of six

I was up at the one in Nutgrove. Didn't fancy the candles on offer but the White Christmas one is like a milder version of their Christmas Tree one, which they don't have on offer. So that could be a good substitute.

The great buy for me is the picture attached. I bought some of the salted caramel ones in New York recently and loved them.

This is a great deal though. You get 12 votives (reduced to €14.99) so that's €15 / 12 = €1.25 each. Votives sell at between €1.85 to €2.50 each depending on where you buy (Yankee.ie do a multi-buy at 12 for €22). Plus they come in that lovely box.

Got the White Christmas one yesterday, very nice not too overpowering like some of them can be.
